Last week on Part 1, we showcased 4 1/2 things that you've got to have on your career site to appeal to Gen Z...

When I'm working with companies to find Gen Z talent, the sector I hear "Gen Z is too picky and doesn't want to work hard" is from manufacturing and the trades.

But Stryker has it figured out.

Immediately when you visit their website...you encounter 3 things Gen Z LOVES:

#1: Inspiring stories ("day in the life video library")

If you're a Gen Z'r struggling to see yourself working in a field (or not even knowing what it's like!) Styker has put themself in YOUR shoes.

They've curated a library of dozens of authentic employee videos sharing "day in the life" snippets.

First, you see the stories pop up on your home screen.

Then, if you click, it takes you to the full library where you can filter by career options:

#2: A helpful "chat mentor" to guide a prospect through what could appear like a confusing process

Instantly, when you visit the Styker Careers site, a helpful chat mentor appears.

You're instantly captivated by the bot's "ask me anything" feature.

A Gen Z'r thinks "wow, I can really ask about what it's like working there? Not just about the job itself??"

#3: Diversity + representation SLAPPED in the face!
